In partnership with the construction company Setai, the British brand invests in the concept of silent luxury in a 45-story tower in the capital of Paraíba
João Pessoa, the capital of Paraíba, was the city chosen to host the first residential project with the signature of the British automaker Aston Martin in all of South America. Named Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin, the development consolidates a growing trend in the global ultra-luxury real estate market. In this business model, highly prestigious automotive brands transpose their visual identity and sophistication to addresses of the highest standard.

The future 45-story tower will be built on Rua Iracema Guedes Lins, in the prestigious Altiplano neighborhood, in a location that already concentrates other international design projects. The 6,000-square-meter plot is just 100 meters from a neighboring development signed by Pininfarina, an Italian studio famous for its partnership with Ferrari, creating a true hub of luxury brands.
With about 30 thousand square meters of built area, it is estimated that the building will reach a general sales value (PSV) of at least R$ 600 million after its completion. The architectural project will be signed by the Curitiba office Baggio Pereira e Schiavon Arquitetura, with an official launch scheduled for 2027 and delivery of the keys estimated in 2031.
In all, the complex will offer 200 residential units, with floor plans ranging from 105 to 320 square meters. Apartment prices are expected to range between R$ 2 million and R$ 8 million, attracting investors and residents looking for the exclusive lifestyle of the British brand.
The strategic partnership was facilitated by the history of the construction company Setai in high-end executions and by the long-standing relationship of its CEO, André Penazzi, with the automaker, of which he is a collector. Supported by the concept of “quiet luxury“, the project is Aston Martin’s second interior collaboration in the world, reinforcing the company’s confidence in the economic potential and maturity of the Paraíba real estate market to anchor this type of international investment.
