Chevrolet's compact has undergone some changes in look and mechanics, including the most criticized point of the model
The new Onix 2026 is already at Chevrolet dealerships with some interesting modifications. The first of these is the spoiler under the front bumper, which has been redesigned and now the car no longer bumps into any bump in the floor.

Secondly, the suspension was recalibrated, as many complained that it was too harsh. Another change was in the engine, which had reduced power, but increased torque.
And finally, a very important novelty: the timing belt is still bathed in oil, but it has been redesigned, reinforced and now you can use any oil within the specifications of the manual in the engine, and no longer just the brand indicated by the factory.
