There is a liquid for sale in the trade called engine flush or engine flush intended to clean engines, especially when there is suspicion of the presence of sludge.

And it is used by mixing with the old crankcase oil before changing and running the engine at idle for 10 to 15 minutes and then this crankcase oil is used up and then the new oil is added.

Although there is no such warning from the manufacturer, this engine flush should only be used in the workshop and not at home, as it is a detergent that can remove crusty plaques in the crankcase and part of this dirt will clog filters or another lubrication channel, which therefore requires a subsequent check by the workshop.
