Who was the largest car producer in the world last year? The classification in 2025 has not changed much. And the group that remained in the world leadership with 11 million and 300 thousand cars produced was Toyota, with the Toyota, Lexus, Daihatsu and Hino brands.

Who remained in second place in the world was the Volkswagen group, with 8 million and 900 thousand cars. In third place, the South Korean group, Hyundai, with 7 million and 200 thousand cars.

Stellantis then appears in fourth place, with several brands, in a total of 5 million and 800 thousand cars. And in fifth place, a little below Stellantis, the North American GM, with 5 million and 400 thousand cars.
