VW's lightweight pickup is one of the longest-lived models on the market and will leave the Fiorino van alone, as Tukan will arrive next year to give you rest
Volkswagen Savero and Fiat Fiorino are vying for the oldest model for sale in our market. Savero, for example, is the last remaining one on the Gol platform.
But it leaves this ring, as it is already planned to be replaced in early 2027 by Tukan, a brand new model that will be produced by the Volkswagen plant in Paraná, in São José dos Pinhais, with a single cabin, 1.6 engine and double cabin, hybrid engine, flex engine plus electric.
The Tukan pickup takes the place of the Savero, but switches to a slightly higher segment to also pinch the champion Fiat Toro.
