Federal government measure encourages drivers to be prudent in traffic, but there are conditions to be entitled to the benefit
The government has now instituted the Good Driver’s Card, which is what it is. It is the digital CNH automatically renewed for drivers who have not received in the last 12 months either points on their record or infractions.

It is automatically renewed as long as there is no medical restriction in relation to the driver and that he is not over 70 years of age.
He must be enrolled in the National Positive Registry of Drivers and this renewal is automatic only for the digital CNH. The physical version will be issued by request in the CNH application.
