Fiat’s proposal to limit the speed of entry-level cars is smart

Fiat boss suggested that entry-level cars limit their top speed below 120 km/h to reduce the number of assistants

Look, in my opinion, even the international big boss of Fiat had a good idea to suggest a speed limit of the cheapest compact smaller cars to 117 km per hour.

Why is that? Because if they’re not going to run at higher speeds, there’s no point in thousands of dollars worth of equipment from a Ferrari that runs at 200 or 300 km per hour. The small electric Fiat Panda, for example, is already limited to 132 km per hour.

So why not create this new category of compact urban cars that could cost a lot less if they didn’t have these millionaire electronic equipment?
