The purchase of a used car also entitles you to a warranty, according to the Consumer Code, of 90 days. And there are two frequent mistakes.

SEE ALSO:

First of all, the store that sells this used car is only responsible for 90 days of the engine and the box. Not so! Every car has a 90-day warranty. So, idle talk if your car has a brake defect and the seller claims that it is not covered, as it is just engine and gearbox.

Secondly. These 90 days of warranty are only valid when the purchase is made from a legal entity, a store or a dealership. In the business done directly with the owner of the car, with an individual, there is no coverage by the Consumer Code.
