Well, the price of fuel in Brazil should follow the international price. The government decided that, then decided the opposite, then backtracked.

The fact is that at the end of the year and the beginning of the current one, diesel has reduced its cost worldwide. Meanwhile, it rose R$ 0.05 in the Brazilian market, under a very curious allegation, because there was a change in the ICMS on fuels.

But if diesel fell worldwide, it is not just any ICMS that would judge it upwards. Are we all in agreement?
