BMW’s laser headlight sees far, but if it breaks…

The German brand's new headlights have swapped the lamps for laser cannons that project more than 600 m and cost a fortune

Automobiles around the world are becoming more expensive due to the demands for lower emissions and greater safety. However, the factories of more refined models decide to increase the technology themselves.

And recently BMW launched laser headlights on its top of the line models, capable of illuminating not the measly 300 meters of your car, but 600 meters ahead. And it is even smaller, which allows for a much more elegant front end design.

On the other hand, the day that a headlight goes down and breaks for a crash or any other reason, the bill that arrives for the owner of the car is a measly 9 thousand dollars, or 50 thousand reais.
